From the Jehovah's Witnesses to Jesus - Dan McQuilliams' Story

Jesus Christ is My Lord, King and God the Son. I am presently active in Victory Outreach in San Jose Ca. I am taking a Bible college extension course here through Assemblies of God in the VOSOM Program.

It took me a while to throw off some beliefs like Jesus being Michael the arc angel as I was taught and believed as a JW. I can not understand how I believed some of the things I did other than reading WTBTS Publications more than I studied the Bible on my own, as I do now with guidance from the Holy Spirit. I was anointed with a call the day that I was delivered and immediately hit the streets in two days reaching out to the street people, wino's druggies...etc. God put me in Victory Outreach, not myself. I can see why now.

When I talk to the addicted and down and out, somehow they know I understand exactly how they feel and where their head is. My Wife and myself desire to be used in the ministry fulltime in God's timing. Write now he has blessed me with a very good Job and is enabling me to free my family from the bondage we are presently in to financial indebtedness. As soon as that is gone we will serve our Lord and God fulltime in any capacity he assigns.

It just feels soooo good to be free in the Love and Grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Sorry for rambling. May God Shine on your and your ministry (Num 6:24-26).
