Electrical Charge

An electrical charge is a condition of force associated with matter. This force is defined as a positive charge (+) and a negative charge (-). When a positive electrical charge encounters another positive electrical charge, the result is a repulsive force. Likewise, when a negative electrical charge encounters another negative electrical charge, the result is a repulsive force. When a positive electrical charge encounters a negative electrical charge, the result is an attractive force.
