About The Christian Apologetics & Research Ministry

CARM is a 501(c)3, non-profit, Christian ministry dedicated to the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ and the promotion and defense of the Christian Gospel, doctrine, and theology.  To do this, CARM analyzes religious and non-religious movements and compares them to the Bible.  We examine , abortion, atheism, evolution, Islam, Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormonism, relativism, Roman Catholicism, Wicca, universalism, (and much more), along with Christian preachers and teachers.  In all our analyses we use the Bible as the final standard of truth in order to defend and promote Christianity.  Please consider checking out our statement of faith. -  CONTACT US

42 Jackie Robinson

I'm probably one of the very few guys on the planet who has absolutely no interest in following sports, any sport. I don't know why, but that's just the way it is. So, when a movie about baseball came on the scene, I automatically categorized it as something to pass up. But a friend of mine told me there was a good Christian theme presented. Really? Hollywood allowed Christians to be portrayed favorably? Has anyone checked the temperature of hell lately? Well, I was intrigued. I had to see it, and I'm thoroughly glad I did.

Iron Man 3

by Matt Slick

Robert Downey Junior reprises his role as Tony Stark, the narcissistic, genius, superhero who uses technology to the nth degree in his fight against bad guys. And, as usual, he delivers his role with the witty, bantering style we've come to appreciate. In this third release of the franchise, Tony Stark is dealing with post-traumatic stress as a result of his battle in The Avengers movie (if you haven't seen it, you should). He's obviously human and struggling.
