184Acts 7:55-60But being full of the Holy Spirit, he gazed intently into heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God; 56 and he said, “Behold, I see the heavens opened up and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God.” 57 But they cried out with a loud voice, and covered their ears, and they rushed upon him with one impulse. 58 And when they had driven him out of the city, they began stoning him, and the witnesses laid aside their robes at the feet of a young man named Saul. 59 And they went on stoning Stephen as he called upon the Lord and said, “Lord Jesus, receive my spirit!” 60 And falling on his knees, he cried out with a loud voice, “Lord, do not hold this sin against them!” And having said this, he fell asleep.
185Acts 8Simony
186Acts 9Conversion of Paul
187Acts 10:43“Of Him all the prophets bear witness that through His name everyone who believes in Him receives forgiveness of sins.”
188Acts 10:44-47While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who were listening to the message. 45 And all the circumcised believers who had come with Peter were amazed, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out upon the Gentiles also. 46 For they were hearing them speaking with tongues and exalting God. Then Peter answered, 47 “Surely no one can refuse the water for these to be baptized who have received the Holy Spirit just as we did, can he?”
189Acts 13:48And when the Gentiles heard this, they began rejoicing and glorifying the word of the Lord; and as many as had been appointed to eternal life believed.
190Acts 17:11Now these were more noble-minded than those in Thessalonica, for they received the word with great eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily, to see whether these things were so.
191Acts 17:30“Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now declaring to men that all everywhere should repent,
192Acts 20:7And on the first day of the week, when we were gathered together to break bread, Paul began talking to them, intending to depart the next day, and he prolonged his message until midnight.
193Acts 20:28“Be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood.
194Acts 22:16And now why do you delay? Arise, and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on His name.’
195Rom. 1:16For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.
196Rom. 1:18For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness,
197Rom. 2:1Therefore you are without excuse, every man of you who passes judgment, for in that you judge another, you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things
198Rom. 2:11For there is no partiality with God.
199Rom. 2:12-16For all who have sinned without the Law will also perish without the Law; and all who have sinned under the Law will be judged by the Law; 13 for not the hearers of the Law are just before God, but the doers of the Law will be justified. 14 For when Gentiles who do not have the Law do instinctively the things of the Law, these, not having the Law, are a law to themselves, 15 in that they show the work of the Law written in their hearts, their conscience bearing witness, and their thoughts alternately accusing or else defending them
200Rom. 2:29But he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that which is of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the letter; and his praise is not from men, but from God.
201Rom. 3:10-12as it is written,“There is none righteous, not even one; 11 There is none who understands, There is none who seeks for God; 12 All have turned aside, together they have become useless; There is none who does good, there is not even one.”
202Rom. 3:23for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
203Rom. 3:28For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from works of the Law.
204Rom. 4:5But to the one who does not work, but believes in Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is reckoned as righteousness,
205Rom. 5:1Therefore having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,
206Rom. 5:8But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
207Rom. 5:9Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from the wrath of God through Him.
208Rom. 5:18So then as through one transgression there resulted condemnation to all men, even so through one act of righteousness there resulted justification of life to all men.
209Rom. 6:1-2What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin that grace might increase? 2 May it never be! How shall we who died to sin still live in it?
210Rom. 6:3-5Or do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus have been baptized into His death? 4 Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, in order that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life. 5 For if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall be also in the likeness of His resurrection,
211Rom. 6:8Now if we have died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him,
212Rom. 6:21Therefore what benefit were you then deriving from the things of which you are now ashamed? For the outcome of those things is death.
213Rom. 6:23For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
214Rom. 7:24Wretched man that I am! Who will set me free from the body of this death?
215Rom. 8:1There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
216Rom. 8:28And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
217Rom. 8:29-30For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the first-born among many brethren; 30 and whom He predestined, these He also called; and whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.
218Rom. 9:9-23Predestination section
219Rom. 9:22-23What if God, although willing to demonstrate His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction? 23 And He did so in order that He might make known the riches of His glory upon vessels of mercy, which He prepared beforehand for glory,
220Rom. 11:17-24Branches broken off and the gentiles grafted in.
221Rom. 11:29for the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.
222Rom. 12:1I urge you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship
223Rom. 12:2And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.
224Rom. 13:1-7Dealing with earthly governments
225Rom. 14:1-12Believe according to our faith, don't judge non essentials.
2261 Cor. 1:1-2Paul, called as an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother, 2 to the church of God which is at Corinth, to those who have been sanctified in Christ Jesus, saints by calling, with all who in every place call upon the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, their Lord and ours:
2271 Cor. 1:7so that you are not lacking in any gift, awaiting eagerly the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ,
2281 Cor. 1:9God is faithful, through whom you were called into fellowship with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
2291 Cor. 1:18For the word of the cross is to those who are perishing foolishness, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
2301 Cor. 2:14But a natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God; for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised.
2311 Cor. 6:9Or do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals,
2321 Cor. 8:5-6For even if there are so-called gods whether in heaven or on earth, as indeed there are many gods and many lords, 6 yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom are all things, and we exist for Him; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we exist through Him.
2331 Cor. 10:1-4For I do not want you to be unaware, brethren, that our fathers were all under the cloud, and all passed through the sea; 2 and all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea; 3 and all ate the same spiritual food; 4 and all drank the same spiritual drink, for they were drinking from a spiritual rock which followed them; and the rock was Christ.
2341 Cor. 11:19For there must also be factions among you, in order that those who are approved may have become evident among you.
2351 Cor. 11:23-29Communion instructions
2361 Cor. 13Love Chapter
2371 Cor. 14Charismatic issues
2381 Cor. 14:37"If anyone thinks he is a prophet or spiritual, let him recognize that the things which I write to you are the Lord’s commandment."
2391 Cor. 15:1-4Now I make known to you, brethren, the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received, in which also you stand, 2 by which also you are saved, if you hold fast the word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain. 3 For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, 4 and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures,
2401 Cor. 15:14and if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is vain, your faith also is vain.
2411 Cor. 15:22For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all shall be made alive.
2421 Cor. 15:29Otherwise, what will those do who are baptized for the dead? If the dead are not raised at all, why then are they baptized for them?
2431 Cor. 15:46However, the spiritual is not first, but the natural; then the spiritual.
2441 Cor. 15:56The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law;
2451 Cor. 16:2On the first day of every week let each one of you put aside and save, as he may prosper, that no collections be made when I come.
2462 Cor. 4:3-4And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, 4 in whose case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that they might not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
2472 Cor. 5:14For the love of Christ controls us, having concluded this, that one died for all, therefore all died;
2482 Cor. 5:17Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.
2492 Cor. 5:21He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
2502 Cor. 13:14The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all.
251Gal. 1:8-9But even though we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to that which we have preached to you, let him be accursed. 9 As we have said before, so I say again now, if any man is preaching to you a gospel contrary to that which you received, let him be accursed.
252Gal. 2:16nevertheless knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the Law but through faith in Christ Jesus, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we may be justified by faith in Christ, and not by the works of the Law; since by the works of the Law shall no flesh be justified.
253Gal. 2:20I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and delivered Himself up for me.
254Gal. 2:21“I do not nullify the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the Law, then Christ died needlessly.”
255Gal. 3:1You foolish Galatians, who has bewitched you, before whose eyes Jesus Christ was publicly portrayed as crucified?
256Gal. 3:2This is the only thing I want to find out from you: did you receive the Spirit by the works of the Law, or by hearing with faith?
257Gal. 3:8And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, “All the nations shall be blessed in you.”
258Gal. 3:10For as many as are of the works of the Law are under a curse; for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who does not abide by all things written in the book of the law, to perform them.”
259Gal. 3:24Therefore the Law has become our tutor to lead us to Christ, that we may be justified by faith.
260Gal. 3:27For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.
261Gal. 4:4But when the fulness of the time came, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the Law,
262Gal. 4:8-9However at that time, when you did not know God, you were slaves to those which by nature are no gods. 9 But now that you have come to know God, or rather to be known by God, how is it that you turn back again to the weak and worthless elemental things, to which you desire to be enslaved all over again?
263Gal. 5:4You have been severed from Christ, you who are seeking to be justified by law; you have fallen from grace.
264Gal. 6:2Bear one another’s burdens, and thus fulfill the law of Christ.
265Eph. 1:1-11Predestination
266Eph. 2:8-9For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; 9 not as a result of works, that no one should boast.
267Eph. 3:19and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fulness of God.
268Eph. 6:12For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
269Phil. 1:6For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus.
270Phil. 1:29For it has been granted to you on behalf of Christ not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for him
271Phil. 2:5-8Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: 6 Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, 7 but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. 8 And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death — even death on a cross!
272Phil. 2:12So then, my beloved, just as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your salvation with fear and trembling;
273Phil. 2:13for it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure.
274Col. 1:15And He is the image of the invisible God, the first-born of all creation.
275Col. 1:16-17For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things have been created by Him and for Him. 17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.
276Col. 2:8See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary principles of the world, rather than according to Christ.
277Col. 2:9For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form
278Col. 2:11-12and in Him you were also circumcised with a circumcision made without hands, in the removal of the body of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ; 12 having been buried with Him in baptism, in which you were also raised up with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead.
279Col. 2:16Therefore let no one act as your judge in regard to food or drink or in respect to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath day—
280Col. 3:1-5If then you have been raised up with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. 2 Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth. 3 For you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God. 4 When Christ, who is our life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in glory.
281Col. 3:8But now you also, put them all aside: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and abusive speech from your mouth.
282Col. 3:12-13And so, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience; 13 bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should you.
283Col. 3:14And beyond all these things put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity.
284Col. 4:5-6Conduct yourselves with wisdom toward outsiders, making the most of the opportunity. 6 Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned, as it were, with salt, so that you may know how you should respond to each person.
2851 Thess. 4:7For God has not called us for the purpose of impurity, but in sanctification.
2861 Thess. 4:16For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first.
2871 Thess. 5:9For God has not destined us for wrath, but for obtaining salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ,
2881 Thess. 5:21But examine everything carefully; hold fast to that which is good;
2892 Thess. 2:3Let no one in any way deceive you, for it will not come unless the apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction,
2901 Tim. 1:5But the goal of our instruction is love from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.
2911 Tim. 1:16Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.
2921 Tim. 2:4who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
2931 Tim. 2:5For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,
2941 Cor. 2:15But he who is spiritual appraises all things, yet he himself is appraised by no man.
2951 Tim. 3:15but in case I am delayed, I write so that you may know how one ought to conduct himself in the household of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and support of the truth.
2961 Cor. 5Deliver the man to satan for the destruction of his flesh so his soul would be saved
2971 Tim. 6:15-16which He will bring about at the proper time—He who is the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings and Lord of lords; 16 who alone possesses immortality and dwells in unapproachable light; whom no man has seen or can see. To Him be honor and eternal dominion! Amen.
2982 Tim. 2:15Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, handling accurately the word of truth.
2992 Tim. 2:24And the Lord’s bond-servant must not be quarrelsome, but be kind to all, able to teach, patient when wronged,
3002 Tim. 2:25with gentleness correcting those who are in opposition, if perhaps God may grant them repentance leading to the knowledge of the truth,
3012 Tim. 3:16All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; 17 that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.
302Tit. 2:13looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus;
303Heb. 1:1-3God, after He spoke long ago to the fathers in the prophets in many portions and in many ways, 2 in these last days has spoken to us in His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the world. 3 And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high;
304Heb. 1:6And again, when God brings his firstborn into the world, he says, “Let all God’s angels worship him.”
305Heb. 1:8But about the Son he says, “Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever, and righteousness will be the scepter of your kingdom.
306Heb. 2:7“Thou hast made him for a little while lower than the angels; thou hast crowned him with glory and honor, and hast appointed him over the works of Thy hands;
307Heb. 6:1-2Therefore leaving the elementary teaching about the Christ, let us press on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, 2 of instruction about washings, and laying on of hands, and the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment.
308Heb. 6:4-6For in the case of those who have once been enlightened and have tasted of the heavenly gift and have been made partakers of the Holy Spirit, 5 and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, 6 and then have fallen away, it is impossible to renew them again to repentance, since they again crucify to themselves the Son of God, and put Him to open shame.
309Heb. 6:20where Jesus has entered as a forerunner for us, having become a high priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.
310Heb. 7:7-10But without any dispute the lesser is blessed by the greater. 8 And in this case mortal men receive tithes, but in that case one receives them, of whom it is witnessed that he lives on. 9 And, so to speak, through Abraham even Levi, who received tithes, paid tithes, 10 for he was still in the loins of his father when Melchizedek met him.
311Heb. 7:25Hence, also, He is able to save forever those who draw near to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.
312Heb. 7:27who does not need daily, like those high priests, to offer up sacrifices, first for His own sins, and then for the sins of the people, because this He did once for all when He offered up Himself.
313Heb. 8:13When He said, “A new covenant,” He has made the first obsolete. But whatever is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to disappear.
314Heb. 9:22And according to the Law, one may almost say, all things are cleansed with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.
315Heb. 9:27And inasmuch as it is appointed for men to die once and after this comes judgment,
316Heb. 9:28so Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, shall appear a second time for salvation without reference to sin, to those who eagerly await Him.
317Heb. 10:10-11By this will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. 11 And every priest stands daily ministering and offering time after time the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins;
318Heb. 10:10By this will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
319Heb. 10:26For if we go on sinning willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,
320Heb. 11Hall of faith
321Heb. 13:8Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today, yes and forever.
322Heb. 13:20Now the God of peace, who brought up from the dead the great Shepherd of the sheep through the blood of the eternal covenant, even Jesus our Lord,
323James 1:2-4Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, 3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. 4 And let endurance have its perfect result, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
324James 1:5But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all men generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
325James 2:10For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles in one point, he has become guilty of all.
326James 2:14What use is it, my brethren, if a man says he has faith, but he has no works? Can that faith save him?
327James 2:19You believe that God is one. You do well; the demons also believe, and shudder.
328James 2:24You see that a man is justified by works, and not by faith alone.
329James 5:16Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much.
3301 Pet. 1:3Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
3311 Pet. 2:8“A stone of stumbling and a rock of offense”; for they stumble because they are disobedient to the word, and to this doom they were also appointed.
3321 Pet. 2:22who committed no sin, nor was any deceit found in His mouth;
3331 Pet. 2:24and He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed.
3341 Pet. 3:15but sanctify Christ as Lord in your hearts, always being ready to make a defense to everyone who asks you to give an account for the hope that is in you, yet with gentleness and reverence;
3351 Pet. 3:21And corresponding to that, baptism now saves you—not the removal of dirt from the flesh, but an appeal to God for a good conscience—through the resurrection of Jesus Christ
3362 Pet. 3:9The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.
3372 Pet. 3:16as also in all his letters, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which the untaught and unstable distort, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures, to their own destruction.
3381 John 1:7but if we walk in the light as He Himself is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.
3391 John 1:8If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
3401 John 1:9If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
3411 John 2:2and He Himself is the propitiation for our sins; and not for ours only, but also for those of the whole world.
3421 John 2:4The one who says, “I have come to know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him;
3431 John 2:19They went out from us, but they were not really of us; for if they had been of us, they would have remained with us; but they went out, in order that it might be shown that they all are not of us.
3441 John 2:22Who is the liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son.
3451 John 2:27And as for you, the anointing which you received from Him abides in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you; but as His anointing teaches you about all things, and is true and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you abide in Him.
3461 John 3:20in whatever our heart condemns us; for God is greater than our heart, and knows all things.
3471 John 4:1-3Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2 By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God
3481 John 4:8The one who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
3491 John 4:10In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
3501 John 5:13These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, in order that you may know that you have eternal life.
