Why these courses

We have produced these courses because we want to equip the body of Christ to better understand both Christian doctrine and Roman Catholicism's errors.

First of all, as Christians we must know what the Bible teaches, and the course in basic Christian theology does just that. It introduces the Christian to what the Christian faith is and is not.

Second, though Roman Catholicism is often considered to be Christian, upon deeper examination we find that it violates many of the teachings of the Bible. For example, it affirms that Mary atoned for sin, that she can be prayed to, that we attain salvation by faith, baptism, and keeping the Commandments, etc. Such teachings are contrary to sound biblical theology.

Therefore, we here at CARM hope to better equip you, so that you can know and then defend the true Christian faith.
