The Prophet, said, "No. When the people of the Book greet you, say: 'Wa 'Alaikum.'"  (Sahih Bukhari, Book #84, Hadith #60, Narrated Anas bin Malik)

"  (Book #92, Hadith #460, Narrated Abu Huraira: )

  3. The Book
    1. Surah 3:186, Ye shall certainly be tried and tested in your possessions and in your personal selves; and ye shall certainly Hear much that will grieve you, from those who received the Book before you and from those who worship many gods. But if ye persevere patiently, and guard against evil—then that will be a determining factor in all affairs.
  4. Don't believe or disbelieve the People of the Book
    1. Narrated Abu Huraira: The people of the Book used to read the Torah in Hebrew and then explain it in Arabic to the Muslims. Allah's Apostle said (to the Muslims).
