Seance

A séance is an occult meeting in which people attempt to give, but more often receive, messages from the spirits of people who have died but are alive in the spirit realm.  Seances are forbidden in scripture under the scriptures spoken against mediums (Lev. 20:27; Dt. 18:10-12).
