Deaths per 100,000 covid and other causes in U.S. population

The following table displays the Covid deaths as they relate to other deaths within the United States. I collected information from official sources and develop a spreadsheet that would convert different number sets to deaths per 100,000. The table lists the least to the most deadly. Covid is in the approximate middle.

I will update this table periodically as I continue my research.
