The Eschaton is the ‘last thing’ or ‘the end.’ Many theologians consider the final event, the eschaton, to be the return of Jesus, though some consider a 1,000-year reign of Christ to occur after His return (Acts 1:11). Nevertheless, the phrase “The Eschaton” is mostly considered to be the return of Christ.
