Introduction to drawings from a German Jewish History Book printed in 1722

by | Nov 26, 2008 | Miscellaneous Topics, Christian Theology

In 1968, in Grand Forks, North Dakota, my mother and father purchased an old book printed in 1722.

They loved antiques. Eventually, they retired and moved into smaller quarters. They gave me this book.

German Jew book

It is, apparently, a German-Jewish history book.  It contains many drawings.   I’ve always wanted to put some of them on the Net because I found them interesting.
To the right is the front inside cover of the book.  It’s in old German.  I have no idea what it means.

If people like them, maybe I’ll put more up.

Also, if you can translate what is to the right, let me know. I’m curious.
