1 Peter 3:15 says, “sanctify Christ as Lord in your hearts, always being ready to make a defense to everyone who asks you to give an account for the hope that is in you, yet with gentleness and reverence.”  These words are important especially to anyone who claims to teach the word of God properly and has been asked to defend his teachings biblically.

Therefore, I am publically challenging Shepherd’s Chapel, on July 1, 2010, to a public debate on any of the following doctrines: The Trinity, the Pre-existence of Souls, the Serpent Seed Doctrine, and Annihilationism.

I would be glad to pay my own way to a neutral location.  The debate would have to be moderated and videotaped for later display.

So Shepherd’s Chapel.  I hope you see this and respond in the affirmative according to the command of scripture.
