There are many interesting things about the Bible, one of them is Genesis 1:1. The following analysis does not prove that the Bible is inspired. But, the very first verse of the Bible is interesting. Here is the analysis for you to check out. What do you think? Is it coincidental? Did God do it? Or, did Moses arrange the words and patterns that way on purpose? Reminder, Hebrew is read from right to left.

הָאָֽרֶץ | וְאֵ֥ת | הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם | אֵ֥ת | אֱלֹהִ֑ים | בָּרָ֣א | בְּרֵאשִׁ֖ית |
earth | and | heavens | God | created | In the beginning |
Take a look at the fourth word אֵ֥ת. It is not translated because it is an object marker. What is interesting is that those two letters are the first and last letters of the Hebrew alphabet. Jesus is said to be the one who created all things (John 1:1-3; Colossians 1:15-17). He is also called the Alpha and Omega (Revelation 1:8). Alpha is the first letter of the Greek alphabet and Omega is the last letter. It’s interesting that in the Hebrew of Genesis 1:1, is saying kind of saying, “In the beginning, God (first and last) created the heavens and the earth.”
